Beginners Yoga

Beginner's Yoga is a practice designed specifically for those who have never tried yoga, or have attended occasional practices, and gym yoga or other stretch classes.

Beginner's Yoga is suitable for all body types and ages from the immature sprouts (16) to the more mature tree (120) :-) 

The only thing we ask you to do at every class, is listen to your beautiful body. If you find the beginner class doesnt suit you, we do have a more gentle practice, and offer discounted personal practices to get you into the space you wish to be in. 

It is recommended that you attend Beginner's Practice before attempting the General Practices.

General Yoga

General Yoga is a practice for those who are regularly practicing yoga, either at a studio, or at home and walking their path with Yoga, and/or wanting a deeper spiritual connection with theirselves. General Yoga involves an attained level of understanding with your own self and journey with Yoga.

There are no advanced poses taught in General Yoga. Practice includes progression toward & integration with the eight limbs of Yoga, and ultimately your soul. 

Please contact the Studio if you are unsure whether to attend General Yoga or Beginner's Yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga with Kayla

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that’s has a dance like quality, synchronising breath with movement, whilst bringing consciousness to each movement in every moment.

Vinyasa serves as the metaphor for life, recreating the natural Rhythm of our own lives, as we move from one situation to the next, the ebb and flow, a beginning and an end, intensity and deep relaxation.

Vinyasa incorporates serval tones throughout one class, that could be described as wave-like patterns. The concept is that one great wave connects the entire practice and then within this, smaller waves form, each with their own unique personality and feel.

“Expect to feel your body working, flowing, strengthening and ultimately releasing into a soft, open space.”

Vinyasa meets you where you are and leads you by the hand back to an inner peace that exists only within you.

Kindy & Kids Yoga

Kindy & Kids Yoga is a practice sprouted just for our growing little beings, that nurtures them into their own space of nourishment & growth. 

Our Practice includes teaching fun & safe poses with games and activities like Sammy Says (Similar to Simon Says), Balance games and modified school yard games like Floor is Lava. 

This is run in a 6 week term that correllates with the School Term. Casual Kindy & Kids Yoga is practiced after the 6 week block, and over the School Holidays.

Bookings are essential as their are only a limited number of places.
