WHAT CLASS IS BEST FOR ME?
Sammy accommodates all body types, ages and fitness levels in her classes. Just let Sammy know your level (Beginner or Practiced) before your class or meeting.
I'M PRETTY FIT & DO GYM 3 DAYS A WEEK, DO I STILL START WITH BEGINNERS?
Yes Please, Yoga is for EVERY-BODY, not just Fit & Flexible. We learn best starting as Beginners.
ARE THERE MALES IN THE CLASS TOO?
Yes, we have a beautiful community of all hearts in our Space. Every body is respective of each other, and their space, as we are all on the Mat for a similar reason.... learning about oneself!
IM NOT FLEXIBLE, DO I HAVE TO BE?
Nope, in fact, this is one benefit of a regular Yoga Practice. We become more Stable & Mobile with Yoga.

Your Yoga can be as Strong, or as Gentle as you choose... this is How I Teach & Encourage a Yoga Practice.
I'M NERVOUS TO COME TRY YOGA?
I can relate. I was Nervous for my first Practice too.
My promise is to guide you into a space with Courage, where you feel empowered to be who you choose to be, with Yoga.
I can encourage this with Private 1-2-1 Sessions or can kindly guide you through a group session, or even arrange a group session with you and your friends/family.
DO WE HAVE TO BOOK?
Yes, with our new changes, we have limited spaces.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
We have Free Parking onsite. follow the signs for parking.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Just Your Gorgeous Smile please.
Our studio has all mats, bolsters, blocks & belts that you'll need to start your Yoga!
If you have a mat you'd wish to bring, please feel free to.
ANY CHANGES WITH NEW HEALTH REGULATIONS?
We have all our Hygiene & Cleaning Practices administered & adhered to in our space. Please follow our guidelines in the space.
THE DOOR IS SHUT?
We try to be at the studio preparing the space at least 30 mins before a class. Sometimes our teachers are moving from one place to the studio. Please be patient with us, we always inform our Community if a class is Cancelled.
HOW LONG IS THE CLASS & WHY?
Our Practices run for a minimum of 1.5hrs (exceptions for 5am Vinyasa Yoga)
Why? Because the more time you can spend with your self, the better.
We Breathe, We Move, We Rest, We Chant, We Breathe some more & Move Some More.
You wont even notice the 1.5 hours go by.
